Return and Refund Policy

Flexy‑Book Returns & Refunds Policy

Last updated: March 2026

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled when using Flexy‑Book.com (“Flexy‑Book”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Flexy‑Book is a scheduling and booking platform that enables businesses and service providers (“Providers”) to manage appointments, classes, rentals, and shared‑asset usage. Flexy‑Book does not sell products or services directly and is not responsible for any Provider’s return or refund decisions.

By making a booking through Flexy‑Book, you acknowledge that all return and refund matters are handled solely by the Provider you booked with.

1. Role of Flexy‑Book

Flexy‑Book is a technology platform that facilitates:

  • Scheduling
  • Bookings
  • Payments (via third‑party processors)
  • Communication between Providers and customers

We do not own, create, deliver, or manage the services or assets being booked.
All return, cancellation, and refund policies are set by each Provider. Flexy‑Book is not liable for:

  • Service quality
  • Missed appointments
  • Cancellations
  • Refund eligibility
  • Product or service defects
  • Disputes between customers and Providers

Any questions or issues must be directed to the Provider.

2. Provider Return & Refund Policies

Each Provider using Flexy‑Book may set its own rules regarding:

  • Number of days allowed for returns or cancellations
  • Conditions for eligibility (e.g., unused, undamaged, advance notice)
  • Acceptable reasons for return or refund
  • Fees or penalties
  • Documentation or proof required

These policies vary by Provider and are displayed on their profile, booking page, or confirmation email. Customers are responsible for reviewing the Provider’s policy before completing a booking.

3. Terms of Return or Cancellation

Providers may allow returns or cancellations within a specific timeframe (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
Flexy‑Book does not determine or enforce these timeframes.

If a Provider allows returns or cancellations:

  • You must follow their stated deadlines
  • Late requests may be denied
  • Fees may apply

4. Condition of Return (When Applicable)

If a Provider offers returns for physical items or equipment, they may require that the item be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all accessories or packaging

Flexy‑Book does not inspect or verify the condition of returned items.

5. Reasons for Return or Refund

Providers may approve returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete service
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Scheduling errors
  • Provider‑initiated cancellations
  • Dissatisfaction with service (at Provider’s discretion)

Flexy‑Book does not evaluate or approve these reasons.

6. How to Initiate a Return, Cancellation, or Refund

To request a return or refund, you must contact the Provider directly using the contact information provided in:

  • Your booking confirmation
  • The Provider’s profile
  • Their website or communication channels

Providers may require:

  • Order or booking number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (for damaged items)
  • Proof of purchase

Flexy‑Book does not process return requests on behalf of Providers.

7. Refund Processing

If a Provider approves your refund:

  • The Provider will initiate the refund through their payment processor
  • Refund timing depends on the Provider and the payment processor
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Fees or partial refunds may apply based on the Provider’s policy

Flexy‑Book does not issue refunds, control refund timing, or determine refund amounts.

8. Non‑Refundable Items or Services

Providers may designate certain items or services as non‑refundable, including:

  • Digital products
  • Completed services
  • Last‑minute bookings
  • No‑show appointments
  • Custom or personalized services
  • Shared‑asset usage slots

Flexy‑Book is not responsible for enforcing or interpreting these restrictions.

9. Disputes Between Customers and Providers

Any dispute regarding:

  • Service quality
  • Refund eligibility
  • Return conditions
  • Cancellations
  • Charges or fees

must be resolved directly between the customer and the Provider.

Flexy‑Book does not mediate disputes and is not responsible for outcomes.

10. Contact Information

For questions about a return or refund, contact the Provider directly using the details in your booking confirmation.
